All Plumbing Services of the Triad

I called All Plumbing at 8am today and Matt kindly shared they had a cancellation and offered for Allen and Zack to come out shortly. As promised they came right out and were not only efficient in resolving my primary shower/tub plumbing issue, but they also took the time to change out a water spigot that was concerned with its leaking. They also provided information on another spigot for me to keep an eye on. Both gentleman were very courteous, informative, and timely in my repairs. I am very happy there is still a plumbing company out there that provides great service without pushing customer into scare tactics and upselling. I will most certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

In the past few months, I've had several unrelated plumbing issues at my home. I called All Plumbing every single time. This most recent job could have been the costliest of the bunch, and my homeowner's policy was not going to cover the repair. The All Plumbing technicians were SO skillful in their repair. You can't even tell they were here! In addition to showing up on time and leaving my home in the condition they found it, I also appreciate the care they take in diagnosing the problem. I never felt as if they were trying to push me into a repair I didn't need. I believe All Plumbing Services of the Triad to be an honest and experienced company. I highly recommend them!

All Plumbing Services of the Triad recently completed an extensive re-plumbing job for me. I compared multiple companies. Two of the companies sent salesman out that did not properly access the job due to a low crawl space, the third company wouldn't take the job due to the complexity and low crawl space, however, All Plumbing Services of the Triad's owner came out, accessed the job showing pictures, completed excellent work with the company owner onsite, and provided reasonable pricing. I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad.

They covered my house in lead dust. I hired them for a big (and expensive) job in my historic house. They cut into the drywall without covering anything or taking any steps to contain the dust, and they tracked it through our entire house. Once we realized it was contaminated with lead, they finally covered things in plastic and brought a hepa filter into the house, but the damage has been done and our lives are completely disrupted. We have an infant so I’m currently waiting to see if they will do the right thing and pay for professional lead certified cleaners. To top it all all off they did not have good attention to detail and had to redo several aspects of the repair work. *Update: They did hire a third party that cleaned the lead dust out of the house, which was a relief. We did have to pay thousands more to have the drywall professionally repaired so that it didn't recontaminate the house which was a cost we weren't prepared for. I'm glad they did the right thing, but I still wouldn't work with them again. The 2 gentleman who did the bulk of the work were nice and polite, but were just careless and inexperienced. They broke a pipe to the upstairs bathroom that meant they had to open up more walls. They dragged the old metal pipes down our front steps leaving chips and gashes in the steps. They had to reset both toilets multiple times. The owner himself had to reset one toilet twice, and then left a shim sticking out of the side and scratched our hardwood flood. Now that toilet is leaking from the tank. It was just a bad experience all around.

We called about 5pm on a Saturday because our drains started backing up and our toilets wouldn’t flush. The man that answered the phone was kind, and someone was at our house within 30 minutes!! The plumber that came was very professional and kind. He resolved the issue quickly and was respectful of our house, and newborn. We will certainly use them again in the future!!

Sunder and Alex came to replace a sink and a toilet for my partner and myself on Sept. 19th. They were scheduled to come at 8:00 am and were on time. There were a couple of issues that they encountered while working, and they explained the issues, what it would require to fix them, and then continued their fantastic work to complete the project. We are so happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues and needs. They were friendly, cleaned up each area and took all old product and boxes that were no longer needed. Definitely an A+ team and company. Chris

We began working with All Plumbing when they did the Plumbing for our bathroom upfit. Fantastic work. We have since had them out several times. They are always punctual, and polite. Most recently we thought there was a leak under our house on a Saturday. Sonny was out within hour. Upon discovering that it was a hose that had been left We had a great laugh. Cannot recommend this company highly enough

Alex and Allen did a great job with heater, very professional and courteous and answered all of my question, it was a pleasure to do business with them, thank you both and Tiffany was a pleasure to speak with as well,wow,a very prompt service response
